Mce Extender Live/recorded Tv Sound Distortion

In case anyone has a similar problem, this turned out to be a driver problem on the MCE machine.

I rolled back to the 2.7a driver version for my Hauppauge PVR 150 MCE card - from the 2.9 version - and now the sound is fine in LiveTV and Recorded TV.
