I found out today that you can change the 360's wallpaper using the ipod 30gb photo or video.

Connect your ipod

Go under media: pictures: yourIpod

Search through it manually (no slideshow)

When you find the pic you want press the X button

People couple post custom wallpapers for the 360, almost like skins.

You can do the same using almost any USB mass storage drive too. (For people like me that are too cheap to buy an IPod, I used one of my 128m USB drives formated in fat32)

Yep I did this and it saved it under themes... too bad you can't completely customize it

Now atleast i got an idea on the transparency effect.
Hm...yes, not much can be done to make cool "Dashboards".

Still, im gonna try my best when i get my 360.
