I just bought a new 60 GB Xbox 360 with HDMI. It's pretty sweet. Really quiet. I was trying to figure out which model it is th see if I want to mod it or not. The mfr. date says 2008 - 07 - 09. I bought it on Sept. 22 so I am unsure if the date says Sept. 7th or July 9th. Thanks in advance.

Its a lite on regardless, best thing to do is to keep it shut till we get a good mod out for it.

Not talking about firmware. I called Microsoft and played dumb, she told me that when they search the serial # it comes up as being the latest model, being a Jasper, am I correct?

Keep it closed. If people start seeing jaspers popping up with that MFD then you could open it if you like but for now Id say to keep it sealed.
