Yes. That is the best configuration at this time. Just be sure you only use originals on live.

One extra precaution: Unplug internet connection when not using Live.

You know, they have been looking into that with all these XYZ numbers but I still dont believe that it traces whether you had it on or not..... I just don't even have a link to ms dash or any other way to get to it when I have my mod on....
