The Lovley Old Mapping Talk

hello once again everyone, i have another question, i was wondering if there was an actual full mapping software or free tool to do it by viewing objects and moveing them around in a map, instead of haveing to use all this hex editing and codes. I have downloaded this software called all in one V2, witch basically is a halo 2 mapping tool with all the mapping software in it, but it is all codes. I was just wondering if there was some sort of way to edit a map visually instead of through codes.
