The ending to Halo 2 will be released in February on Xbox Live. Halo 3 (Even Bungie said so!) will be on the Xbox 2 and release next christmas.

i garanteee that the next halo game will sell the next MS system once yet agian,and that deal with teh game being on the hd that would make me and millions of other shitheads buy that periphial(bad spelling i know).with MS taking sony's position in the console war and sony taking nintendo in teh console war as well as nintendo taking sega's part i think everybody who plays games in ther own home would be fucking retarded not to buy an xbox 2

It don't see the point of releasing the same game over again with upgraded features. Talk about milking a franchise. They should just relase halo 3 with the new features instead of wasting time and remaking halo 2.

No, it looks like Halo 2.5 will be out in February. All it is is an ending and only available on Xbox Live.

Even after three years of work, Bungie was still unable to complete Halo 2. MS wouldn't grant them anymore time, and wanted it out on Novermber 9th. Bungie gave it a real great cliff hanger and sent it on it's way. (A friend at school told me this. It does make sence.)

Now about Halo 3. Halo 3 will be out with the Xbox 2 or shortly after. Thats what Bungie said. Did you last months issue of Game Informer? They said "Bungie is currently working on Halo 3 for Xbox 2" or something like that. I don't remember it exaclty.
