Kotor Tool W/ Xbox?

I just downloaded KotOR Tool and am wondering how to use it on the KotOR that I have stored on my XBOX hard drive?  Is there some way to work directly from the XBOX HDD or will I have to transfer the entire game to my PC?

The newest version of KotOR Tool is pretty much useless for modding the xbox version of the game. Version 8.2.160.0 (Feb) was the last "useful" build. Anything after that has changes that made it worthless.

It won't matter how you have the game setup on your PC, the new KTool will give you nothing but problems.
