Video Not Streaming When Played From Scripts
« on: April 09, 2008, 03:19:00 PM »

I am using a build from Feb 2008.

When I try to stream video from You Tube or "student films" scripts, it plays for two seconds, then stops, and goes back to the main script window.   Similar behaviour from other scripts that contain streaming video.

I tried changing cache settings (Video > internet), but no change.   Do I have to reboot the Xbox after changing cache settings?

Any help?

Brian

I will try it again, and add log file entries.

I know I have problems connecting to videos a lot with scripts like NaviX. Sometimes I have to try connecting 10-15 times before it actually connects, and then sometimes the video comes up frozen with the caching/connecting dialog box 'ghosted' onto the screen. It's annoying. But, for freeware, XBMC rocks my socks off.
