it says "querying hdd","querying DVD drive","querying hdd","disable hdd password","Failed to Unlock HDD!"

!?

has anyone else had this problem? i know the drive is lockable so i couldn't have force-locked it or anything. and i'm sure i used the correct key to lock it.

lock it with atapwd? in there t has '+' under S,E,L and '-' under F,X, and m under V. so that means it is locked with a user password but not frozen, right? and if i try to do 'unlock with master password' or 'unlock with user password' in the SECURITY COMMANDS, there are not enough spaces for the unlock key. are there other settings i can mess with?

yeah i feel pretty dumb about the whole 32 characters thing. the password i should have used was 32 characters, the unique xbox hdd key or whaterver. but i was dumb and used the wrong password (40 characters). nope, don't have msn messenger or aim but i'll check the floppy

oh man deadly you are such a genius! i looked in the unlockx text files and there was my stupid mistake! i entered a 9 instead of an 8 in one spot and that screwed up the whole process! thanks a lot man! i owe you BIG TIME!! now just one more question, how do i format the drives using evox?, i mean, if i do the "format c, format e, format f, etc" then how do i FTP back my backup up the c and e drive? does evox still stay loaded?

Use ftp commands to format the "F" drive...Some people that don't know that much format their hole HDD instead of the partition they wanted too.

Just skip down to "Formatpath DeviceHarddisk0Partition6" and it should work...ftp raw

yeah i'm such a bonehead, i was SO sure i had entered it right! but i just formatted the entire drive for kicks and now i'm loading all my games onto it then its going in my car! its so awesome seeing in evox: space on F: 72 gigabytes!

if its non-lockable i think you have to have a modchip to make it work

It runns original games as well as backup.But Xbox live doesn't work.Try some thing like XBconnect.To play online.

Make sure u are running Phoenix Boot Loader with font exploit with BIOS x2 4977 or u won't be able to get more capacity.
