Tetris 1.1 Doesn't Work After Rev17349?

Alright, maybe pictures would explain things better.

Does your Tetris look like this:

If your Tetris looks like the first image, are you using a revision after 17349? If so, what did you do to get it that way?

Mine looks like the bottom pic and I want it to look like it should. : ( I know it's only Tetris but still...
