Like Heimdall mentioned, make sure it's a variant of xbmc4xbox.

Go here for the different versions. Follow the 'Latest Nightly Build', or 'XBMCsvn.com', links at the top of the forum.

I'd personally recommend the T3CH version. They'll all work with the basic plugins like Youtube, but if you want to a version that works with Hulu, you'll need a xbmc4xbox build dated from Feb 26th onward.
