Pmiiihd And Transparency Best Of Both

I currently use pmIIIhd in 1080i and i love the way all my emulator icons look. However i want to switch to transparency skin but it freezes in 1080i. So i switch to 720p and its almost perfect but at least 25% of my icons are too big and dont fit into the border of the smaller border of tranparencys icons. Is there a way to edit transparency so that it has the same icon size and border like in pm3hd?
