No Xsubs On 1 Of 2 Xboxes

I have 2 softmodded xboxes, I also have one of them displaying XSUBS (divx embedded subtitles).  I FTP'd the XBMC folder to the xbox that doesn't display the subtitles and deleted all the save files and cache.  It still will not display the subtitles!!  blink.gif   If I press the start button on the controller and try to choose a subtitle it says that there are NO subtitles  huh.gif , the other xbox displays a subtitle or/and subtitles if there's more than one  blink.gif ....  What am I missing here?  Anyone?

Oh.. I also have BOTH xboxes using XBMC as the default Dashboard.
