Announce Readmedia First Play In Xbmc

After several days of hard work, finally ported loadlib DLL to XBMC

Though there is still some bugs, but some clips play successfully on my Xbox


Update, initial test show full support of realmedia except seeking functions

CVS has been updated include this patch
