Btw, I have need for speed carbon original game, but my xbox has no reader :\

What do you mean by "transfer games"? From what? If you're talking about FTPing illegally downloaded Xbox games from a PC or anything else like that you won't get any help with that here.
The acceptable way to get Xbox games, DVDs and CDs onto the HDD for personal use is to copy the original disc with the application: DVD2Xbox. This or an alternative is, AFAIK, included in all Xbox modding packages and UnleashX even has the option available via: Main menu > System > Misc > Copy Disc But you do need to own the original disc or, again, you won't get any help here with this either.
