Send your stuff to moderator Bong420 - he has agreed to be a middle man. You send him the Dream X and I will send him the 40 GB PS3 - he will verifiy that both of us are on the UP and UP and send me your system and send you mine. That way no one gets screwed..

I have offered exactly what he wants - he refuses to accept it.
He ask me to send first with no references and only 5 posts (3 of which have been in the last 2 days the other 2 over the past 3+ years.
I even had a Moderator offer to be a middle man in a possible trade to avoid anyone from getting screwed out of $360+ dollars worth of merch.
his PM replys are only 2 or less words..
He moves away from the trade and ask me to sell to him...
Has yet to respond to 2 more proposals placed before him and has been on 3 times since I have PMed and Posted in the thread.
I caution everyone as I don't feel this offer is on the Up and UP.
I could be wrong and I hope I am.. I hope you reconsider my offer as fair and decide to trade with me or someone else for equal or fair value.
I just don't want anyone getting their hopes up for a trade or sale with this user and get screwed over - I know what its like to try to find a DreamX box that is real and I have already been scammed out of $360 cash on PAYPAL and a Xbox system tring to trade for one in the past (COTA-GODLYONE).

NOW this guy gave both of us 100% assurance that he was shipping to Bong and SO I would too. I got my system out to bong as promiced and bong has it along with $20 cash to pay for the shipping from BOng to Vhhhhhhhhhh. Now this guy has dissappeared, no confirmation of shipping, and no pics as promiced.
I really hope this guy is for real and didn't waste my $40.00.
Yea it wouldn't be a scam as I will get my system back from Bong but I will still be out $40 and - that is more of a prank than a scam, but a COSTLY PRANK.
I told bong to hold out till end of next week. If we don't hear from this guy by Monday and or there is no Xbox system at Bong's house for me by next friday, then bong will just return my PS3 he will take it from there.

NYCXBOX, I know how long you have been searching for a DreamX, so I do apologize for the way that this all happened. I still don't really understand why you would have ever shipped your system to bong in the first place - as bong knows who you are and never needed to verify that you were keeping your end of the deal, it never made sense for you to ship it to him at all.
Either way, I will send you the $40 via paypal to compensate for your out of pocket expenses.

He wasn't familiar with what? the difference between right and wrong? He agreed to a transaction and then backed out without telling the other participant, leaving him out of pocket. I fail to see how anyone can call that an honest mistake. He is obviously a complete wanker that needs to be taught a lesson.
It's very noble of you and all but why are you offering to refund the money lost? It had nothing to do with you.
Just had to vent a bit there, i've been scammed out of £300 in the past year.
