Ok here is a dumb question, but not at the same time, what brand of masking tape  are you using to tape off the parts of the Xbox when you paint it, or every if you using masking tape or another type of tape?
I'm having a little bit of trouble getting the tape that I'm using to stick to the paint so I can paint, I have washed the box in warm water and dried it after sanding but the Tape won't stick.

try duct tape. it works good but u might want to stick it on ur pants and pull it off so it isnt too sticky.
