hi guys
i just FIXED my problem that working on it for 1 week now
here it what it was:
- softmod 1.6 without a glitch
- rename .XBE file to have M$ dash load first (my mistake there, rename wrong file)
- then, error all over the place, no access to xbox HDD, no ftp acces,no eeprom.bin
in fact, almost throw XBOX to garbage,  but then....

all credit goes to "triggernum5" (or the founder of DVD trick hotswap) error 12
i'v read a thread without to much attention that talk about a new way to HOTSWAP with xbox and PC
you have to disconnect IDE cable from DVD and boot, got error 12
and then hotswap, bingo, hdd seen by PC and ldtools,  go with xbrowser and rename file .XBE
so now, back on track with great help off all of you here
