How To Add Composite Out On The Back Of Xbox?
« on: April 08, 2012, 03:13:59 PM »

Hello ppl! I saw yesterday in the modding section a picture of an Xbox with composite out right on the back of the case (check image below) and I thought to myself - this is perfect, I need that on my Xbox!

I would like to do that mod on my two Xbox consoles but I need someone to tell me what do I need to do, what do I need to solder and where because I don't have a lot of experience with this kind of stuff.

Thanks!

That's all you need

I suggest to mount a component output (much better video quality, 480p, 720p, 1080i available!)

Thanks for the quick reply man! I don't understand one thing on the schematics, what this green thing with numbered pins represents, is that the top view of av connector inside the Xbox?

It's the Xbox motherboard. Here's the post that picture comes from, in case you need a few more details.

It is a bottom view of motherboard. Black part is AV output.
