If you havnt flashed the chip with a bios, all you will be getting is a frag, because this means that the xbox is trying to boot from an empty bank.

Bioses can be found in the ususal places (google xbins)

i'm having the same prob. i believe i flashed  the chip. i used X2_4977 bios. when i turn on my xbox the green light on the external board comes on and I get a code 06. -------Also, when you install the chip, is there a light or some form of indication letting you know you have a good connection? when you flash to a bank, does the bios sze have to match the bank size exactly? please help.- (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
