Headset Made In Home For Xbox ?

I have no idea what you are asking but I will attempt to deduce.

Most cellphone headsets with a 2.5mm TRS (headphone) jack will work for the xbox live headset dongle.
You can use most other headsets that have this size jack as well and can also purchase an adapter to go from 3.5mm to 2.5mm for headsets that have the 3.5mm jack.

Yes. It can be done.
You don't need a headset. You can make your own microphone, however, you do need the Xbox Live Communicator, the part that interfaces the headset to the controller.
