Hey,
There is a link below to the complete source code for both portions of the color patcher, to compile you need the XDK and Visual Studio.Net 2003, the windows part is written in Visual Basic.Net and the xbox part of course in c++. Maybe something better can come out of these I don't know. Enjoy
