Yea, I'll try and get some tonight, I hope that's all it is, I really don't wanna buy a new xbox (perhaps I could just get a new MB if not the cords?)..

Ok, assuming you have a modchip you should check that, occassionally i turn on my xbox and nothing comes up on the screen, i usually just give it a light shake and it works fine. Also, the plug in the back where the a/v cable goes, make sure that is tightly pushed down (screwed in). Sometimes when that thing is loose (when i swapped mobos this happened, all i did was tighten the scres), the audio/video wont work
