grub linuxboot.cfg        vmlinuz-2.6.11-6mdkxbox

Here is whats in MY linuxboot.cfg:

This is what should be in your linuxboot.cfg

title LE2005-ide

kernel /mandrake/vmlinuz-2.6.11-6mdkxbox

initrd /mandrake/initrd-2.6.11-6mdkxbox.img.ide

append root=/dev/hda1

title LE2005-usb

kernel /mandrake/vmlinuz-2.6.11-6mdkxbox

initrd /mandrake/initrd-2.6.11-6mdkxbox.img.usb

append root=/dev/sda3

default LE2005-ide

The files are on the disc in the Xbox folder, you`ll need these files

If you open up linuxboot.cfg it tells you were the files are supposed to go.

Hope that helps someone get Mandriva working.

I installed it from the mini Cd version , none of the versions I downloaded from the mirrors had all the files. Waste  of 3 days to get it working and then finding out the mini cd xbox version doesn`t seem to have any apps on it apart from a very basic windows manager, at least I think thats what you call it. I`m new to the Linux scene so I may not have configured it properly.

Oh well hope you have better luck with it.
