Randomly Disconnected

Everything was fine with my internet connection until now. I am randomly getting disconnected from the internet about every 5 minutes. I ran my antivirus program and adaware to see if it was that. fixed some viruses and adaware. Im still having problem. It isnt only my laptop it is my xbox also. can anyone help?

Try updating your firmware on the router (be careful) or if you're using p2p such as BT limit maximum connections. You're probably over-loading your router.
