Please Help Clarify Which Versions Of Jasper Are Moddible....

Hey there, I have been out of the scene for a while and have been having trouble finding the information i need through the search engine. I have a Jasper console with a 16mb NAND and kernel 12625, with a Philips Lite-On DG 16D4S DVD Rom. So can anyone tell me which mods are available to play backups and homebrew. I have been reading for a while and just need a little clarification. Can I do a JTAG or not. MFG Date is 11-23-2009 if that helps. Thanks in advance.
