Had my system modded by Pat and the service from the first E-Mail was beyond amazing. A pleasure to deal with all the way around. He's quick, precise and explains everything in layman's terms so that even the most inexperienced X-Boxer can feel confident in operating the system. He had forwarded me a customer support E-Mail before he was even done installing the product....can't find better than that anywhere....Thanks Pat...will be back with my other system next week!

Contacted Pat before Christmas, set up an appointment for the 27th, and got it done within an hour. Excellent job, very professional and highly recommended.

Of course

Was I skeptical about contacting someone I met over the net?
Sure

After having Pat mod my box, am I happy?
Hell yes.

I made the right choice... Very quick, very clean, and very informative makes one very happy customer...
He allowed me to attend while the chip was installed... I watched the entire process while he explained certain aspects of it to me...

He installed the modchip, installed my new hard drive, installed numerous useful applications and taught me how to use each one.
He also offered post-installation assistance...

I've already referred my close friend to him... I would proudly take another Xbox to Pat to get it modded...

Overall, a comfortable experience full of learning and best of all, a new enhanced Xbox...

Recently my xbox died on me. I got an error saying that I need to get it serviced. So I called M$ and they said it was $120 US. So I decided to go to pat. I got my problem fixed for only $20. WOW!!!! I saved myself huge amoutn of money. Extremely impressed with the service. If your xbox is dead or has errors you must get it checked by pat. Extremely satisfied customer. I will be sending all my friends his way.

just wanted to recomend Pat to everyone in his area for a mod install. He's a great guy and is always quick with payment, never had a issue and has been a great customer since day 1.
