Can I tell if my XBOX is banned by using the online key? Is there any way I can tell without having XBL installed (because I installed it, I THINK i  banned myself, restored with my original unbanned eeprom, and restored my C drive on the xbox)?

restoring ur eeprom when u werent banned wont fix anything.. you'll just be banned again when you try to get live to use it. you need a UNIQUE unbanned eeprom.
