Pcsxbox Freezing On Startup

When I run PCSXbox, it freezes at the first screen(says xport, shows cloud.)  I checked over the files, and one of the files in the root of my PCSXbox folder was much bigger(dont remember which).  I don't get it, any ideas.  Am I missing something?

Hmm, I deleted the skins folder and now it works!  Wierd... Oh well, I like the clean look of it skinless.
